Banco Original brought a new business format to the market: a financial institution that works exclusively through electronic channels. Therefore, any bank experience needed to show reliability. During the structuring of the project, we realized that we were not only talking about money itself, but hidden factors such as stress, work and dreams. With this in mind, we created an integrated experience on 3 platforms (website, mobile and ATM) that respects and understands the consumer. Together, design and UX were able to talk and, more importantly, understand people. This key aspect set Banco Original apart from the other banks with its easy interface and new features that have never been used before, but are used everyday at Banco Orignal.
